While processes 1 to 3 are fundamental to our overall operations, today, we will focus primarily on the Sales and Production sectors.

These two areas play a crucial role in our relationship with clients, as they directly impact customer satisfaction and expectations.

Sales and production involve frequent and meaningful interactions, ensuring that every expressed need is not only understood but also addressed in our service offering.


Sales

The sales process includes several key stages, each designed to optimize the customer experience:

  • Establishing competitive pricing tailored to customer expectations: This stage goes beyond simply assigning a price; it involves a thorough analysis of the market, production costs, and the specific needs of each client. We aim to offer solutions that deliver real added value while remaining competitive.
  • Processing orders efficiently and transparently: Once the price is agreed upon, we commit to processing each order quickly and transparently. This includes sending clear and detailed confirmations, enabling clients to know exactly what to expect throughout the process.
  • Proactive management of changes: Whether before or after receiving orders, we understand that adjustments may be necessary. Our team is trained to handle these changes smoothly, maintaining constant communication with the client to inform them of updates and ensure their expectations are met.

These steps ensure not only smooth communication but also the flexibility to continually adapt to the specific demands of our clients.

Production

The production process involves several fundamental elements:

  • Planning and executing machining activities in compliance with customer drawings and requirements.
  • Managing machinery, necessary purchases, quality inspections, and delivery deadlines: Each aspect is carefully overseen to ensure efficient production that meets the standards.
  • Using calibrated measuring instruments to guarantee optimal precision: This is crucial for meeting our clients' technical requirements.
  • Rigorous monitoring of non-conforming products to ensure that all parts meet the strictest quality standards.

We also perform regular maintenance on our equipment to ensure flawless operations and consistent results.


Delivery and Billing

Once manufacturing is complete, we notify the client that their order is ready. After the merchandise is picked up, we proceed with invoicing, concluding the production process.


Customer Complaint Management

In the event of a complaint, a non-conformance report is issued. If necessary, we ask the client to return the non-conforming parts.

We then conduct an analysis to identify the cause of the issue and propose corrective actions to prevent the error from recurring or appearing elsewhere.

Depending on the inspection results and after discussing with the client, we decide on the fate of the parts: they may be accepted as-is, repaired, or scrapped. If scrapped parts do not require replacement, a credit may be issued.
